Terms of Services
1. Payment:
Payment via Paypal, GOPAY, Bank BNI, Shopeepay
Full payment required after the sketch is approved.
Payment 50% after sketch 50% after base coloring
There will be an additional fee depending on the complexity of the artwork.
2. Process and Revisions:
Canvas size starts from 3000px and 350 dpi. PNG and/or transparent.
2 revisions at sketch, and 1 at base coloring.
Minor revisions allowed during the sketch phase. Major revisions incur additional costs.
3. Rights and Usage:
I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to post it in my portfolio and social media.
Artwork is for personal use only. Commercial use must be agreed upon beforehand.
NO AI AND NFT
Please provide credit when uploading on social media.
4. Refund Policy:
No refunds once the work has started.
If I am unable to complete the commission, a full refund will be issued.
5. Communication:
Clients must provide clear references and descriptions.
6. Completion Time:
Estimated completion time is 4-14 days after payment is completed.
Delays may occur and will be communicated.
